Our Story
We Didn’t Start With Technology. We Started With Transportation Problems.
Long before mobile LiDAR, drones, artificial intelligence, and automatic feature extraction, we were in the field managing transportation networks and solving operational problems.
Our story traces back to the early days of performance-based transportation maintenance contracting, when agencies began exploring new approaches to managing roadway assets and operations.

Before PILLAR was founded, our leadership team gained experience supporting one of the earliest large-scale transportation asset management and maintenance initiatives in the United States.
